Let me see if I can anticipate and answer some questions:

* The scanner interface should work with any scanner that has a TWAIN 
driver. It includes support for auto-feed and manual or automatic 
duplexing.

* The user *OR* the program can specify format (color/gray/mono), density, 
number of pages, etc.

* Output can be in PDF (as images), TIF, PNG, BMP, JPG, etc.

* Several kinds of transfer are available for moving the files to and from 
the host. In John's demo, he's using a Samba share, which is definitely 
fastest.

* John alluded to, and briefly showed, AnzioWin's built-in image viewer. 
That feature is being considerably enhanced, including with the option of 
viewing PDF pages. So viewing can be even more integrated with the whole 
process.
