First cut with iPad and FilePro

I just did a quick test accessing FilePro using the iSSH App on
an iPad, and generally it was successful.

Like Linux, the ``Encoding'' has to be set to CP437 to get the
graphics characters done properl.

Also like Linux the vertical placement of things in the FP menus
tend to be off by a bit. My guess is that FP is not using cursor
positioning to align columns, but depending on white space in the
font. This is just a SWAG (Scientific Wild-Assed Guess) based on
25+ years of terminal programming.

So far my iPad testing has been done only with the on-screen
keyboard. I will be trying the Microsoft mobile keyboard and
numeric keypad as soon as I get it from Amazon.

It looks to me that an iPad with bluetooth keyboard may be nice
for data entry, particularly for things like our auction software
where the clerking procedure is lots of simple entry of lotfile,
bidder, and winning bid amount which can all be done from a
numeric keypad.

The stamping of paper is an operation so much easier than the laying of
taxes, that a government, in the practice of paper emissions, would rarely
fail, in any such emergency [such as an election], to indulge itself too
far in the employment of that resource... -- Alexander Hamilton
