I never used pfpostprint before, but Bob R suggested using it while working with his Print Wizard Demo. I would like my Filepro Invoice Output Forms to end up as PDF's. I have Print Codes in the output format and the Print Wizard keeps them when generating the PDF. In the past, I've printed to a file, then I could view and edit the file with NotePad or Word, but I would have to reformat because the Print Codes didn't carry over.
Instead of using PFPOSTPRINT, I'd like to use the technique with Print Wizard, but I don't know how to start it and open the print file, as in my second line where I start notepad.
Here's an example of what I normally do to view a print file.

------- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
◄ If: List1Choice eq "7" 'view quote, print to vQuote.txt
  Then: system "/fp/dreport SavedQuoteLineItems -f Quote_vc2 -v sQuote_vc -a -rw" < 1
------- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
◄ If: List1Choice eq "7" 'view quote, open vQuote.txt with NotePad
  Then: system "start notepad.exe C:\STPRT\vQuote.txt" ; goto lbox1

We used, and now avoid pfpostprint. It's "too active" sometimes. As in
it runs the specified command more often than you want and it's easier
to specifically run system commands when you want than it is to make
sure pfpostprint doesn't run when you don't want.
