Afternoon group,
Usually I don't having any problem attaching and printing to network or local
Windows printers.
First let me say this is not a dumb printer and has been wotking with filepro
for years. The printer is an HP2300.
This is what has changed...
The computer is running Windows7 with a virtual XPPro. filePro is on the 32 bit
virtual. We are printing via usb.
pfprinter=frank and the printer is named frank. I think the problem is with the
port designation.
The port is listed as TS001. So I changed the printer definition for 'frank'
from lpt1 to TS001.
We do not get any printout. We also do not get any error message. The report
is not even in the queue.
Note that other programs on the 32 bit virtual to print to the print.
Any thoughts and help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Rick Hane
