Filepro task under server 2008

I have a task set to run under windows server2008 on a server called
ccpdbsvr (e:\company\filepro). FilePro 5.6.

My client runs the application from a mapped drive F either from their local
computers or from Terminal server when logged in on ccpiissvr.

When I initially set filePro tasks to run in the iis server, then would run
but nothing was generated. It appears as though the task could not see the
network drive.

The batch files were moved to the db server and reports ran properly.
However I have one task which will not run. The output creates a text file
and Printwiz creates a pdf file. This routine is not quite so simple as
over 100 separate reports are generated. Each report is sent to a separate
folder. If the folder does not exist, it is created.

The program selects all of the records in one file. As each record is run,
it systems out to another file to generate the report selecting the records
necessary from the other file. Originally I tried running Printwiz at the
same time but found it more efficient(faster) to repeat the process with a
system command to execute PrintWiz. Lastly the .txt files are delete. Each
process is run from the same batch file.

My problem is that I can run the batch file for this task manually and the
program works just fine. If run as a task, nothing is generated. The task
seems to run but not output is there.

Anyone have any suggestions as to a possible cause for this problem.
