Attachment test.

I just found an interesting option in Mailman that is supposed to
strip attachment from messages, put them on the Mailman server,
then replace the attachment with a URL to retrieve the attachment.

This does not affect the maximum message size limit of the
incoming mail server, but should reduce the size of outgoing
messages to the list.
