A good reference manual

Let me add my recommendation to John's Survivor Series.

I'd been programming FPro for a few years without much background and 
was able to do quite a bit with it.  But the Survivor Series showed me a 
bunch of new techniques and opened my eyes to some commands that I 
hadn't fully appreciated before.
