Freechain

Rami,

Cause of freechain is usually at a point where you add or delete
records.  Usually something like this:

1. Did not lock the record before adding or deleting?
      CLOSE or WRITE will unlock a record - if you need to post after
that, you need to lock the record again.

2. Someone closed filePro with the X or power button, while filepro was
still writing or deleting something.

3. System crashed - or client crashed while filepro was writing or
deleting something.

Set the following variable in the environment also and it will tell you
if you are trying to change a record that is not locked.

PFCHECKLOCK=ON

Set it to off after debugging your application.
