You need a lot more inforamtion to get a better answer... But, if you doing
anything "wrong" using lookup - (dash) and the r=free flag, this can cause
it. By wrong, I mean there is a right way and a way that causes this kind
of probglem... Or can cause it. I've heard that many users IUA'ing the same
file rapidly in succession can corrupt the freechain, but I have never
experienced this myself, and I've never been able to duplicate it with
really rigourous trying.
More info, even code on the file that is experiencing the freechain
corruption would help.
