OT: Printwizard support

I would just like to pass on the wonderful support I received from Bob
Rasmussen the other day.

I had upgraded to the server edition and was having problems getting it
registered and setting the windows service set up properly.

First he walked me through what I changes I needed to make for the server
2003 to allow Printwizard to process the registration.

Then he had me log into their web support site and allow him to control my
server.  He then showed me the steps necessary to create and install the
windows service.

I needed to understand these steps as I would be doing this for one of my
clients.

I wish all software company's offered this type of timely support.

PS: the application uses printwiz as a service to generate, at present 131
daily pdf reports.  The only additional programming I needed to do was to
move the pdf files created into separate subdirectories under the one where
the pdf files are created.
