MS error

One of my clients is getting the following error message

This is a credit card approval process.

This error stops the processing, however when <enter> is pressed, the
processing continues.  The only thing that happens, is the result for the
record is not updated.

There was one lookup which should have been protected and wasn't.  I changed
this to a protected lookup just in case this is where the problem is.

However, I would have expected a filePro error not a system type error.

Question; does anyone know what this exception refers to?
