Sorry, I couldn't duplicate this behavior.

Are yu possibly getting an erro message so large it is wrapping the
screen... so until you hit Enter... it dosn't refresh?

I tried generating an erro with the .bat file like copying on top of a file
that was already there.... I tried long file names. I couldn't mek it do
anything but redisplay the menu.

My .bat file had nothing in it but

copy one two

Ihe menu was called "test" and I ran it with "p test"

Any other info that is important?
My version of dmakemen is 5.06.6D9

But, I can't imagine that matters. I suppose the p.exe is at level 5.6.6
also.

John

Subject: First time I've seen this

OK, this is the first time I've seen this happen on a filePro menu. To be
sure it is only an aesthetics thing.

I have my filePro menu set to 8 X 12 , Raster font and NOT full screen mode.
I added a couple of menu scripts. One which calls a batch file and the
other is a simple copy filea to fileb line.

When I run these the menu scrolls down a couple of lines. I know all you
have to do is scroll back up but can someone let me know what causes this.
I tries and added an echo off to the script but that had no effect.

Not a big problem, just curious.

Thank you,
Rick Hane
