Fp on Mac

I have a client who moved his filePro to run on his MAC using VMware to run
Windows.

He is having a problem with printing again.  

Filepro is not putting up any messages that it is not a printer, it appears
to be sending the form to the printer, but nothing is printing.

Any suggestion why fp should not or the emulator should not be finding the
printer?

PS; He's thinking about bringing in one of his old Dell's and moving fp back
to it if I can't solve this.
