Nancy,
I checked this on Google and for the most part showed how to use C# to
program the .Net framework for using this.
This may be occurring because of a .net update installed.
One of my clients noticed this behavior and I did some checking. Now I am
getting this.
The window I think you are referring to is similar to Norton asking if
should be allowed to run when the program s set to ask not auto decide.
