window & szinfo text

I have noticed since upgrading to fp 5.6.10 that szinfo text balloon appear
in the icon tray when an fp window is opened and another for any other
selection that runs an *.exe program.

I have a feeling this has something to do with a recent Windows update and
not filePro.  Although from what I have been reading, this is something that
is part of the .net framework.

Has anyone else noticed this?  If so, has anyone tried to make use of this.
It appears that one would have to write some c# code and do a system call to
the program to get this to work.  Unless, of course, fptech wrote some hooks
into this Windows functionality.
