Odd happening

The incoming edi orders are store on the receiving workstation. This data
had been backed up and restored after each workstation had an OS upgrade.
The order details we reprocessed into my system not resent. We are still
trying to locate one particular order release.
I have yet to ask the consultants for the new company what they actually did
in moving the hardware to the new location.
They already screwed up an HP 4000 so the primary paper tray no longer
works. Lucky this is a 2 draw printer.
I just hope the new company pays my bills. Otherwise I doubt I will supply
anymore support.
