OT: Foreclosures affecting filepro

I took over supporting a filepro account a few years ago when their
developer passed away. This was a 20 lawyer office which handled
foreclosures. I know most people think of these people as "the scum of the
earth".
One thing I did learn was that they are not paid until there is a settlement
on the house. This meant a lot of cash out before anything came in. Well,
this office has become a victim of the foreclosure problem. About a year
ago they stopped taking on new business. Today, the office is closed and
the business has been moved to the home of the principle attorney, from 20
lawyers down to 1. He is still operating, at least until the New Year.
This is the second account of mine that has either gone out of business or
been purchased and will no longer be using filePro. Now neither of these
accounts generated much business for me in the past few years so from a
financial standpoint, it wont hurt.
