Memo when Beakin out "Ctrl" "C"`

When entering the memo Command such a
memo IF:
            Then Memo 28 edit  ("8","20", "12", "39")
              and the user breaks out wit CRTL "C"
               I there any Processing I can use

            If : user breaks out ??????????????????
            Then : input popup qa  "Do you want to exit without  saving 
(Y/N)"
            If: qa="N"
            Then: goto memo
