Favorite remote support utilities

I've used Remote Desktop (when I have too) but use UVNC primarily until 
lately.  I have to setup a VPN through their fw to use this as I need to be 
on their lan (or I could do a port forward and have but not my choice).

Lately I've been using TeamViewer.  It works well without having to worry 
about any firewall and gives advantages that I don't have on UVNC.

You can use it without charge as long as you put up with the "nag" screen at 
the end.
