Same with DualDesk it allows reboots and reconnects automatically after a reboot and allows a reboot into safe mode. The only downside to DualDesk is to be able to use it from any ip without building the customer a client module for each ip for each machine you use is to set up their repeater server. If you have a server with a static ip its best to just set it up to be a repeater. Its really good and full of features for the $

ScreenConnect.  You can reboot & reconnect...if you go to do it, you get
the choice of normal or safe mode.
