Handles wide screens / multiple screens perfectly

Not as costly as LogInMe rescue / TeamViewer Premium
Disadvantage:
$50 / month

Advantages:
Secure
Can setup a remote admin server with re-directs to desktops / servers
Unattended remote session to your desktop if the service is running.
Disadvantage:
Cost per server
Installation requires Admin rights or semi-educated user
