ot: mail flag for attachment in unix

I've used a Mac's mail client, Outlook, basically any free web mail
(yahoo, etc)
and never had a problem with uuencode "attaching" whatever file I have
sent.

Granted I haven't sent anything crazy - I've sent txt, csv, dbf, xls,
doc, jpg, wmv
All have never had an issue with anything I've used....
But, I guess YMMV depending on your setup....uuencode has always worked
well for me for years and it's easy to script with on Unix.

I'm sure as others have pointed out, there are probably limitations of
using
uuencode depending on your mail client, I just haven't ever encountered
any.

   Good luck

   Scott
