16 Places to left. 8 places to right of decimal Pt.
this has not kept up with other limits that have expanded over the
years, and that is why you have /OV (overflow) when trying to display
a really large number.
OTOH, i am not sure if you just typed the above number or cut and pasted,
but i think that fp really should handle values up to 16 places before
hitting /ov and your above example is less.
