Sorry. I missed the "Unix to Windows" part, which I assume means that you
are running on the Unix box?
In that case, the information below is probably close to what you want.
Simply find the command line flags for ftp on your Unix platform.
This, of course, assumes that you have an ftp server on your Windows box.
