D-Development licenses. Dclerk, Dreport. Debug flags for development 
server use
R -Runtime licenses. Rclerk, Rreport. Runtime for end user's server

15 people can be using filePro, just 10 have to be using a different 
kernel from the other 5
D programs probably should never be on the end users production server 
anyway.

5 filePro runtimes cost less than 5 Microsoft CAL's.
