PFBIXERRORS

I see that I added the PFBIXERRORS=ON|OFF to my notes to allow me to 
turn off the index errors, such as the Deleted Key kind.

Does anyone know what the version was when that was added?

It is not included in the filePro online manual at all.  I am guessing 
it was 5.0 or 5.6 vintage.
