Follow-up after speaking further with my client.
Clarification first I am using aa ab and ac to construct the parts that make
up the browse, not display the records.
The next odd thing is that they are using the program without a problem
using other indexes to select the records. There are 10 people in the call
center and the problem is with this one index set.
