Printing issue in fp 5.0.14 for non root users on Openserver 5.0.6

I added a new HP LaserJet P4015x on our network and am able to print
reports from filePro as the root user and they print correctly.
When a regular user prints the same report on this printer, it only
prints the first two lines formatted incorrectly. The user can print the
same report on our LaserJet 4250 and it prints correctly. Has anyone
else run across an issue like this that could point me in the right
direction of what I am missing?

Below is the system information we are using:
SCO Openserver 5.0.6
filePro 5.0.14

Added a new printer using HP Network Printer Manager in scoadmin.
    - using the HPLaserJet script
    - printer name printlsr
Verify network printer connectivity is successful
Verify network printer operation prints the test page correctly for text
and postscript

Edited /etc/hosts file to included the printer info:
192.168.0.117 printlsr

Edited fp/lib/config file to include same information as the 4250:
printer17=printlsr,hp-5000,lp -dprintlsr -s
