Forgot the F6 printer lookup function.  Fond the printer.  


Like your idea for naming the printer with the ip address.  Can use the port designation IP192......

Nit:  It is Windows that accepts "lpt1" as a printer name for the 
OpenPrinter() API call.

Because the OpenPrinter() Windows API call doesn't accept it as a valid 
printer name.

You need to use a name that Windows recognizes.  Perhaps there is a way to 
specify an IP address like that, but in a modified form?  Perhaps something 
like "\\192.168.nn.nn\p1"?
