Printer options might have been added to the Environment file.  Check 
the batch file you execute when it starts.

Take out anything that looks like this (red stuff only)

set pfpostprint=runbatch.bat
set oldpath=%PATH%
PATH=%pfprog%\fp\fp2rtf;%PFPROG%\FP;c:\windows;c:\windows\command
call %pfprog%\fp\fp2rtf\getname.bat
set pfprtc=rtf66

That should do it.
