Richard,
I got so frustrated by this kind of stuff, I make a log entry with the
selection the customer made for each report that is critical in
the chain of data.
Entry for Printing Invoice(s)
Entry for Posted Invoice(s)
Entry for Aging as of selection given.
What ever steps will affect the report, I write in the log in the order
they do them with the who did it and the when and what they did.
It has saved me more than once by point out that step C must follow a
correct step B.
