Transfer from DOS to UNIX

I have a prospect with a filePro application - I am trying to get them
to transfer 
from DOS to UNIX.  

I have never used DOS version of filePro nor ever transferred from DOS
to UNIX.  
Looking for information on feasibility and what would I need. Any
information will 
be appreciated.
