I assume you mean "deleted key not found"?  You can turn off this message by 
setting PFBIXERRORS=OFF, but that only means you won't be told that there is 
an error in the index.  The error will remain.

Have you rebuilt the indexes since you updated to 5.6.06?  (If not, the 
corruption could have been there from an earlier version.)  Do you have a 
scenario where you get the DKNF error from freshly-built indexes?  If so, 
contact fpsupport and arrange to send files to demonstrate the problem.
