Good news for you folks looking for a economical Printer Upgrade thats
compatible with filePro. I just purchased a new HP-P2035 Laserjet ($179.00
after mail in rebate) direct from HP after alot of re-assurance by the
salesman that it was capable of PCL-5E. Fast FED EX free shipping ....I
got it, tore into box and set it up in 15 minutes. It prints 30ppm, it
literally spits out paper. The printer has a good, heavy duty, hefty feel
to it also and a huge (250 sheet) paper tray.

Put a smile on your face and buy one if you ever thought about buying a new
fp compatible laser printer....

Reference:

CPU Gateway QuadCore DX-4200 (64bit), Windows Vista Home Premium

filePro 5.0, USB connection (the printer has a parallel port on it also)

Good News !!!! Theres a shortage of it these days in the fp community.

Wayne,

Does it have a full complement of printer fonts? My experience has been
that with the cheaper laser printers, they have reduced the number of
available fonts. To get the full complement one has to purchase an add-in
card or get downloadable fonts.

Had this problem with a client who purchased on to the 2000 series laser
printers.
