Filepro on Win server 64Bit

Part 1:
Have a client considering moving to Win server 64bit and using 
Terminal
Server or RDP to run filePro on the server.

Is there any problem running filepro using 64bit Windows?

Answer was 

Not they that they know.  Down load demo and test it.

Is anyone running fp using a 64bit OS and if so which one?

Part 3

Is anyone running filePro under VMware or some other virtual machine
program?

If so, how are you handling the licensing?

I know I can run the service on another machine and point the startup file
to it.
