I do not see an answer so I do have one for this.

Remember which item in the list you requested.  And do

pushkey repeat("[CDWN]",itemnumber)
Or you can remember the first letter of the menu item, and
pushkey LETTER

and filePro will move to that item.

The second option only works if all the options are unique.

You might have to tweak that a bit, I am not looking at the code I did, 
but that is the idea.

You should be pretty close after that.
