OT: download of 1.2 million records on the internet

There is a particular site, which is a public site, that contains 
approximately 1.2 records. Right now we manually lookup into this file and 
obtain the information we need.

Is there anyone out there that can take to time to download the 1.2 million 
names in csv format and place it on a CD for our internal use? The download 
would have about 100 subfolders (that would be combined, formats all the 
same) that have to be accomplished (downloaded) separately in order to 
download that particular segment. The combination of all segments is 1.2 
million records.

We don't have the time to do it.

If anyone is interested, please contact me off list and we can discuss fees. 
This would be done on an annual basis. Not a big income producer.
