setting file locations

How I hate getting old!  I can see what is wrong.

Situation.... fpodbc is loaded on one of our windows servers (server2007).  All I wanted to do was move some test files in their own subfolder (fpweb).  filePro is mapped to drive V.  Excluding the 'set FPDIR=\fpweb' line this batch file has worked for years.  I can't get fp to bring up the new files loaded in to V:\fpweb\filepro.

What am I doing wrong?
