Long dummy variables on cross reference

When I set my default printer type in filePro as the predefined "hplaser" I get the line wraps when printing the processing tables.  If I set it to the predefined "hp-4050" I don't.  This is the same physical printer.   I use the codes in the "hp-4050" table for a lot of my reports. So, is there something I can add to the "hp-4050" table that would allow the processing tables to wrap when printed?
