define output issue

Hi All,

Since we moved to a new Server, everytime I'm creating a report and then I 
want to add processing by hitting CTRL-T and then "P" Define Processinf 
For Format" I get this error :

*** A filePro Error Has Occurred ***

On File: /usr2/appl/filepro/mxwarace/lockfile

Old Version of filePro Function Running On This File

File not available.
Somebody else is modifying the file;  try again later.


What causes this error ? Even If I clear the lock next time I try accesing 
the same processing using the same path described above it fails again. 
This is so frustrating.
