blobfix

I have a file and I need to fix the blob in it
on field 26 with a edit of 16,memo
some how it got corrupt. Its in a directory of /appl/eusa1/filepro/deest it does have a quality blobeusa
what is the procedure to fix this
I went to a blobfix utility that does not work
