Question on Header-Detail programming.

John will probably come on here and point out something that I just 
realized as I'm building a new program....

If you use a master control file then you don't have to count the number 
of existing records in order to add one to the end.  You simply go to 
the control file and pull out a new number and you're sure to sort in 
the order in which they were entered.
