That's one way. If one isn't going to handle the messages individually,
probably the best way, but then you don't have a "To:" header that matches
the recipient's email address, and the spam filters on the receiving end
might nuke it just out of spite for that alone.
I'd just iterate over the list properly for each recipient, to do it
correctly.

Correct. I've seen blank Bcc headers on inbound mail. Just tested my
(older) version of mutt, and you're right about that as well--and even if
it did, you could unset it. :)
