POS - Using Pole Display

These used to be standard serial output devices, which would make them 
easy, IF you have a serial port.

Resellers tell me that now they are more likely to be USB, with a serial 
shim so you can drive them as though they were serial, but that that 
sometimes works poorly. I think the guy said they prefer to be printers 
now.

If you need this to work in a terminal emulation environment (Anzio), can 
do.
