Define Files on Linux

I noticed that for the Linux, define files wants you to 
ESC ESC (and ignores a cancel) for the dialog for 
default screen 0, qualifiers, etc. if you also canceled 
updating the fields of the map**.  But if you ESC ESC when 
updating the fields**, then you can cancel on the dialog 
about qualifiers, default screen, etc.  I checked this on 
several Linux boxes and it seems to be consistent across 
those.  But on any SCO boxes I've checked the cancel for the 
dialog is respected regardless of how you just ended the 
update on the layout.

** Whether or not something was actually changed doesn't 
seem to change the behavior.
