Jeff,

I never underestimate the user.  Believe you me; a lot of time is wasted trying to prevent them from doing things
they are not supposed to do.  The procedures are explained to them on the proper way to exit filePro®, and yet they
still find the need to exit improperly.  I am very confident that the programming is not the issue.  In the words of
the great Nick Burns "It's not the program, It's not the program.....".  Unfortunately, the turnover in our warehouse
is pretty frequent, so when you have new users on a regular basis, somehow the proper procedures get lost in translation.

I think this program will be a start though.  I will try and monitor the results and keep you guys posted.
