I will have to check the model of the laser printer in our clubhouse.  It is
one of HP's multifunction machines.

Both start with a reset.  Need to amend my original post one is a form the
other is a report.  It is the report which will not print.

The only difference was the initial fonts used.  I changed the font on the
questionnaire(report) to match the emergency form and it still wouldn't
print.

Jim Asman suggest I put $1b &k2G   at the top of the report.
