You can download the manual also when you download your installation.  
If you got a CD, it is on the CD and can be installed from there.

Check your program folder for a link to the manual.

If you are on a *NIX version, you can still get the manual and install 
it on a Windows system.  I am not sure how it lists on the CD, but you 
may be able to insert the CD into a windows computer and see an install 
for it there.

- a fact that I neglected to include), and I will look at the install
CD.
