Export dif multiple lines

CSV and DIF files don't include formatting information, so there's no way
to pass formatting information using those formats.  There may be a way to
"pre-format" the columns in an Excel table, and then import the file into
that table, retaining the formatting that's already there.  How to do this
is left as an exercise for someone who actually uses Excel.
