Couple of things:
1) You have auto-update ON and it reboots your server upon
download/install of any update it finds
2) You may have a spam/anti-virus application running which may
terminate process. Possibly, this application kills open processes to
download its own update ... Some can be configured to do daily updates
as well ... not sure of the option have it reboot ...
3) Win/firewall may be keeping your application from processing. Will it
be required to add an exception in your windows firewall?
4) You mention socket to socket - Is there a 2nd server involved and is
it possible that this other server is at fault?
